This is the personal website of Joshua A. Shapiro, PhD1. I am a genomic data scientist, currently working on providing tools and support for pediatric cancer researchers through my role as a Senior Data Scientist at the Childhood Cancer Data Lab of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Previously, I was an Assistant Professor of Biology at Bryn Mawr College, where I worked in evolutionary genomics. This website includes some of my teaching materials from my time there, including computational labs and exercises from my biostatistics course. Expect broken links and odd formatting those sections; I haven’t been maintaining them, but some of it may still be useful.
